1. Service Description

Hypeme.vip allows users to purchase promotional comments from celebrities, influencers, and meme pages on Instagram. Once an order is placed, the selected creator will post a comment on your specified Instagram post.

2. No Refunds & Final Sales

All sales are final:

  • No Refunds: Once a comment has been posted, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • No Control Over Comments: You do not have the option to choose the exact wording of the comment. Creators have full creative control over the comment content.
  • Deleted Comments: If you or Instagram delete the comment, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
  • If a creator fails to post the comment, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Platform Fee

We charge a 15% platform fee on top of the cost of the comment. This fee covers platform operations, transaction processing, and customer support services.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and truthful information with your order.
  • Your Instagram post must comply with Instagram's terms and policies.
  • You are responsible for the consequences of any comment posted on your Instagram post.
  • You will not hold Mangala LLC or Hypeme.vip liable for Instagram's actions on your account or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mangala LLC and Hypeme.vip are not liable for:

  • The content or nature of the posted comment.
  • Any reputational, financial, or social impact of the comment.
  • Changes in Instagram's platform, terms, or enforcement actions.
  • Any disputes between you and a creator.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of our services means you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms and any disputes related to them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
